C++ Chromium (montreal)

A C++ ninja developer is needed for an American company with R&D office in Montreal. You should know C++ very well and you need to know the source code of the open source Project Chromium (http://www.chromium.org/Home).
If you are not familiar with the chromium code and you cannot answer the below questions, please do not apply.
• What is the best approach to expose a set of C++ functionalities to JavaScript and make them available in all tabs?
• What is the best approach to modify the GUI to add custom buttons and views beside the address bar and on the sides of the tab content (RockMelt style)?
