Adovid is currently seeking experienced account executives to take leadership in developing and managing relationships with small to medium business decision makers that currently advertise on TV, Radio and online. A successful candidate will have experience in traditional and/or online advertising, a network of established relationships with businesses and will have a proven track record in selling to various industries. A successful candidate must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
This position has the following responsibilities:
• Handling a diverse range of sales activities.
• Cold calling prospective clients to schedule meetings.
• Analyzing client objectives; preparing and presenting proposals that match client's objectives.
• Developing agency and direct client relationships; building a solid client base.
• Ability to effectively close business and perform necessary follow-up to the sale, such as solving disputes.
• Coordinating with the National or State Sales Director to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attending Business and Events, networking, etc.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
• 3+ years work experience in related sales fields.
• Self starter with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Must demonstrate a consistent track record.
• Ability to teach the basics of online communication to people outside of the industry.
• Strong written and verbal skills that will be key in presenting to executive level personnel.
