Assistant to Creative Director&President (St-Laurent)

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and be a flexible self-starter that will support the Creative Director & President in areas of administrative support, product development, production and interpreter during travel to Asia. More specifically;
- Assist in monitoring progress on priorities and projects and provide regular status updates
- Schedule Management
- Manage the flow of communication for internal and external business relations
- Preparation of correspondence/ documentation
The talent needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in communications with internal and external business partners
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and is process-oriented/ focused on efficiency
- Resourceful with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities as necessary
- Project management skills and experience working with a creative team, will be considered an asset
- Degree in fashion marketing, will be considered an asset
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Fluent English and Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
- Willing to travel 3 or 4 times per year
