Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from our customers
• Document the problems encountered by our customers.
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
• Periodically follow up with clients.

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of the Windows environment, Internet, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics an asset.

General Competencies:

• Perfectly bilingual.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Positive attitude, tactful, able to multi-task, autonomous, and able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
