Description
• Install, maintain, and customize AIX systems as required
• Monitor system and application performance to detect errors
• Apply testing procedures/methodologies and provide interpretation of data
• Provide a root-cause analysis for recurring or critical problem
• Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service
Prérequis/Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of AIX systems administration experience
• Experience with AIX, performance monitoring and tuning tools, installation options, problem determination and recovery, and AIX security
• Experience writing and debugging Shell scripts
• Familiar with varied concepts, standard best business practices, and procedures
• Ideally bilingual
