Technical Support Analyst:

CCDS develops customized call center management software for the most demanding contact centers, and we're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our existing Product Support Team in providing outstanding technical support to our clients. The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for training new clients, troubleshooting issues reported by clients, and creating knowledge-based articles and other documentation.

The Technical Support Analyst must be reliable, extremely thorough, organized, and able to manage time efficiently and effectively within a challenging environment. In addition, network troubleshooting skills, systems administration experience, WEB PROGRAMMING, MS SQL 2000, and the ability to prioritize tasks are must-have skills.

The ideal candidate will possess Windows NT-2008 and Linux/Unix Systems Administration experience, strong networking knowledge, exceptional communication skills (written and oral), experience working in the IT outsourcing industry, strong drive & focus, excellent attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients primarily by telephone and e-mail
• Coordination of product installation directly into field offices
• Organization of remote third-party hardware installation
• Manage inventory of hardware and components
• Warranty services -- Handling defective or damaged product and arranging for its repair with the manufacturer
• Track and ensure return of all parts
• Shipping and receiving of products to clients and installers
• Resolve customer issues using superior customer service and communication skills
• Rotational Emergency Pager duties

Qualifications:
• Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web programming (ASP, ASP.NET, JAVASCRIPTS, VB)
• Strong Systems Administration skills with Windows Servers, Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 Editions
• Experience supporting Remote Control solutions (Terminal Services, VNC, LogMeIn, etc.)
• Experience with MS SQL Database
• Industry experience working as a system administrator within a production environment
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT field
