My name is Kermshley D’or. I have been working as a rental agent part time for two years, in Quebec for a company named Dala Inc,. I really enjoy this line of work.
Duties that I perform are showing vacant apartments, signing of application forms, preparing of lease papers and having the prospects signing their leases after credit approval. I also take notes of work that will need to be done to apartments that are now vacant after a tenant’s departure., any tenant requests, outdoor and indoor parking logging and any other office duties that are required.
I am a people person and I have great relations with all tenants at all times. I am punctual, and bilingual.
