Good day,
My name is Jean-Philippe Noreau. I have been working as a rental agent part time for two apartment buildings in Pierrefonds, Qc for the past year and a half. I really enjoy this line of work and I am very good at it.
Duties that I perform are showing vacant apartments to visiting prospects, signing of application forms, preparing of lease papers and having the prospects signing their leases after credit approval. I prepare checks and money for head office, I also take notes of work that will need to be done to apartments that are now vacant after a tenant’s departure.
Many other office duties I exercise regularly are filling of our paperwork, any tenant requests, outdoor and indoor parking logging and any other office duties that are required. Where I currently work, we have 168 apartments.
I am a people person and I have great relations with all tenants at all times. I am punctual, polite and fluently bilingual.
I have a reference letter that can be provided upon demand.
