Administrative Assistant -- Phenomenal Company & Great Benefits (Montreal)

Our client, one of Montreal's top employer's of choice within the financial/consulting industry, and located in the center of downtown -- is searching for an experienced, polished, discrete and professional administrative assistant who has had experience within the corporate world.
This position is permanent as of day 1, and offers a highly competitive salary of $40,000 -- 55,000 (depending on your experience), full medical and dental coverage, RRSPs, a tuition fund, an employee Health & Wellness program, and a dynamic work environment.
You must meet the following qualifications:
- Perfectly bilingual in both English & French -- Must be fully capable of speaking and writing in both languages.
- Experience working for a legal, financial, accounting, or any large/corporate firm is a definite asset.
- At least 3 years experience as an administrative assistant for a high level executive (If you've assisted a team of executives, it is a huge asset)
- Must be proficient with word, excel, outlook and power-point.
The responsibilities involved in this position are:
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, take care of the agenda for a team of 3-4 consultants
- Edit and format large documents containing highly confidential client information
- Prepare professional Power Point presentations for consultants to use during client meetings
- Act as liaison between various members of the department and other teams
- Take ownership of all the filing for the department
- Assume all other support and administrative coordination duties, as required
