An Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance and overall functioning of client accounts. This includes generating reports & support tickets, setting up new accounts, monitoring deployments, and identifying, escalating, resolving and communicating issues to the appropriate internal/external resources. The Account Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Account Managers and various Departments to proactively service clients and guarantee their ongoing growth and success.
This is an entry-level position full-time position. Any candidates with customer service experience, online marketing interest or email campaign experience is an asset. Be sure to submit your CV as we are presently actively interviewing candidates.
