We manage accounts for clients in the tourism industry (such as restaurants, spas, hotels, musical comedies, etc.) and in the real estate industry. Our goal is to increase brand awareness and sales of our respective clients by providing them with a targeted and engaged clientele through innovative and efficient marketing strategies. Groupe Hashtag Media Inc. offers a wide range of services from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, public relations and event organization.
Groupe Hashtag Media Inc. is looking for a dynamic Junior Social Media Community Manager and Junior Sales Representative to support the team grow and manage its business on a daily basis. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the position will allow the candidate to accumulate experience in two major fields of business: social media marketing and sales.
The job entails managing a number of accounts on behalf of our clients. With our expertise, we will train and coach the Social Media Apprentice to become an expert in community management. The second part of the job entails the candidate to conduct a certain amount of phone calls per week to set up meetings with potential clients for his managers.
Responsibilities:

? Manage the Twitter and Facebook accounts of our clients (create relationships with potential clients, respond to customer request and questions and grasp future opportunities for our clients).
? Respect the guidelines, strategies and concepts set forth by the managers.
? Identify new potential clients and set meetings with them on a weekly basis.

? Strategic thinker and able to drive the business forward and add value to the team's daily work
? Demonstrates flexibility and is ready to work in a start-up mindset
Requirements:

? Possess a personal computer or laptop and a Smartphone (iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, etc.) with 3G access.
? Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and in the use of Internet.
? Fully bilingual and sales oriented
? Studying at a University level in PR, communications, marketing or any business related field (degree not mandatory)
