Notre client, une entreprise très dynamique du secteur de l'habillement, invite un(e) comptable à rejoindre ses bureaux de Saint-Laurent.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez sous l'autorité du contrôleur et ferez partie intégrante de l'équipe des finances. Vous couvrirez plusieurs responsabilités et gérerez notamment les comptes clients et fournisseurs, et préparerez les budgets et les états financiers.
Description du poste :
- Écritures de journal
- Préparation des états financiers
- Analyse du grand livre
- Gestion des comptes clients et fournisseurs
- Rapprochements bancaires
- Rapprochement des comptes du grand livre
- Préparation des rapports gouvernementaux (TPS/TVQ)
Ce qu'il faut pour décrocher ce poste :
- DEC ou baccalauréat
- 5 années d'expérience pertinente
- Expérience dans les secteurs de l'import-export ou de l'habillement -- un atout
- Connaissance du logiciel Great Plains -- de quoi vous donner une longueur d'avance
- Expérience avec Excel
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais)

Position: Accountant

Our client, a very dynamic company in the garment industry, is looking to hire an Accountant for their office in Saint-Laurent.
Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be an integral part of the financial team with responsibilities covering the management of the full accounts payable and receivable cycle, and assistance with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Job Description:
- Various journal entries
- Preparation of financial statements
- General ledger analysis
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger accounts reconciliation
- Government reports preparation (GST/QST)
What you need to land this job:
- DEC or bachelor's degree
- 5 years of pertinent experience
- Experience in the import/export or garment industry -- an asset
- Knowledge of Great Plains -- an asset
- Experience with Excel
- Bilingualism (French/English)
