Job Description
In this incomparable job opportunity, you will be responsible for repeats on orders, enter pricings, working closely with sales reps, credit notes, scheduling for the president, and general administrative duties. Candidate acts as the face and the first point of contact for the company.

Job Responsibilities
As the receptionist/ Customer service you will be responsible for:
•Answering phones: questions, inquiries, appointments
•Reports
•Weekly stats
•Collecting payments
•Booking appointments
•Updating records

Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, the desired candidate requires:
•2 years or more in a similar position
•Outstanding customer service profile
•Patience
•Organization
•Meticulous
•Bilingual, Oral and written
•Flexible

Compensation for this opportunity includes:
•base salary 30 000-35 000
•Benefits
