My client is well-established in the printing and consulting industry. They are looking for Receptionist position to work in Montreal, QC. This is a long term full time assignment with the possibility of extension.
Essential Duties:
? Greet and direct visitor and/or direct incoming calls.
? Ensure that security procedures are observed for contract labourers
couriers and visitors
Required Skills:
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Ability to make routine decisions within established policy and procedures.
Pleasant telephone manner.
? May be required to fulfill duties in both English and French Canadian.
Word processing/typing
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
? Minimum: High School; Preferred: Community College in office/administrative studies.
? Minimum: 2 years of Business Experience
? Must be fluent in English and French
