Job Description --
FAIT ICI is an urban general store located in Little Burgundy. We sell a wide range of products, including food, baby/kids items, gifts and prepared food. Most of what we sell is produced locally, by small suppliers and is either natural or organic.
We are currently seeking 1 BILINGUAL part-time staff for our boutique (between 10-15 hours per week).
Our core value is customer service. Do not apply if you are not warm. Love of others is a pre-requisite. Our business rests on the ability to give clients an amazing shopping experience, and we take this seriously. Note that this is not a regular "shop job" and involves a range of tasks, including:
Customer Service / Product knowledge
Food Prep / Service
Receiving & Processing orders
Opening & Closing
Cleaning & Facing
The ideal candidate is:
Warm, friendly and outgoing
Experienced in customer service, preferably in retail/food
Passionate about local production and/or natural/organic products
Experienced in food preparation (there is a lot of food prep)
Able to work on their own (this is a must)
Flexible in terms of scheduling
Takes initiative
Bilingual is A MUST
