We work very closely with our Guests, Corporate Accounts & Partners in order to ensure that we maximize their business, leisure, social and cultural experiences.

CorporateStays.com is seeking to expand our team. We are currently looking for Guest Services Coordinator.
We are looking for a highly motivated, person who will assist in the daily operations for our furnished apartments. This is a full-time position.

Your mission is to manage the Guest Service Agents and the members of the housekeeping team to ensure the best service for the client during his stay.
Objective: To provide Outstanding Service to our guest according to CorporateStays standards while exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service Coordination:
• To manage client check-in and check-out
• To manage Guest Service Specialist schedules
• To manage Housekeeping work / schedules
• To manage Handymen work / schedules
• To Operate Property Management Software

Communication with clients and partners:
• To answer by email and or by telephone to guest's requests and inquiries
• To provide guest safety/security by ensuring confidentiality of guest information and handling guest apartment keys
• To manage and respond to guest problems in a timely and professional manner
• To provide and display excellent guest service skills,
• To maintain guest accounts

Profile:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Gmail
• Service-oriented with problem solving and decision making skills
• Detail-oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be bilingual - Additional language - Spanish is an asset
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, days
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
