Tasks and Responsibilities
Order processing, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and customer service.
Respond to customer orders, inquiries and concerns by email, voice and chat line in an efficient and effective manner.
Assist prospective customers with product information and site navigation and research inquiries when necessary.
Assist in marketing information emails and perform other related duties as assigned.
Accurately Pack and Ship our customer orders to tight timelines to ensure we meet customers' high expectations.
Ensure the workplace and office areas are kept organized, clean and tidy.
Requirements - Experience
Education High school finished.
Years of experience Experience in a Logistics and Customer Service environment is an asset.
Languages English Excellent Knowledge (written and spoken).
French Very Good Knowledge (written and spoken).
Software Knowledge Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
PC Skills PC skills essential.
Requirements - Skills/Performance

Regular and predictable attendance is required.
