One of Canada's fastest growing retailers is looking for a dynamic and experienced field recruiter to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants (view screened in, screened out applicants, email blasts to candidates, address/Supervisor changes, adding new locations, resetting passwords);
Comminute with Store Managers regarding open positions & hiring needs;
Interviews with potential candidates;
Organize all recruiting events such as job fairs;
Maintain all recruiting functions for stores;
Other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Must have minimum 3 years' experience as a store manager or retail recruiting experience
Fluently bilingual; perfect written and spoken French
Strong listening, analytical and diplomacy skills are required to effectively deal with day to day issues;
Ability to manage stress and work within tight deadlines;
Proficient organization and time management skills
