Our client, an international leader of corporate aviation services, located in Montreal is presently looking for a Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join their accounting department. Join an integral team dedicated to the creation of long lasting relationships and customer service with a worldwide client base.
Key responsibilities are :
· Everyday review the receivable situation by account.
· Enter new collection efforts into the system by noting all customer comments and promises.
· Use all methods necessary in collections of accounts that are due.
· Ensure that customers receive timely response to any questions or disputes regarding their account and that the information is recorded in the system.
· Apply payments received to the corresponding customer invoice once the Senior Accountant has advised of payment receipt, prepare deposits for the bank.
· Invoice all trainings as part of the ACT division as well as ACM (Aircraft Management Division) as well as Ferry Invoices.
· Review Sales contract and attend kick-off and kick-out meetings to ensure proper project invoicing.
· Upload our invoices into one of our customer’s database for payment (Ferry Flights)
· Invoice Aircraft Insurance.
· Invoice all deposits as per requests from the project coordinators.
· Validate periodically that they are still active.
Requirements:
This role requires a Degree in Accounting and a strong knowledge of accounting practices specific to invoicing / Minimum 2 years experience in such a role / Knowledge of MS Office, Quickbase an asset / Written and verbal English, Chinese an asset / Be detailed oriented / Have constant work rhythm / Team work oriented and customer service oriented / Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: According to experience, between 35 000$ and 38 000$ plus benefits
Schedule: 37.5 hours a week
