Analyste en immobilier -- centre-ville (montreal )

Notre client a connu une croissance substantielle au cours des dernières années. L'entreprise assure maintenant la gestion des actifs physiques d'un parc immobilier de plus de 60 millions de pieds carrés totalisant plus de 175 unités commerciales.
Dans ce rôle relevant du président, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les gérants de propriétés. Vous serez responsable notamment des états financiers, des analyses de variance et des rapports de vente.
Critères d'embauche :
- Bilinguisme (oral et écrit)
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité
- Titre professionnel comptable (un atout)
- Au moins 3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Expérience dans le secteur immobilier (un atout)
Vos responsabilités incluent, sans toutefois s'y limiter :
- Préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels et des dossiers de fin d'exercice
- Liaison entre les gestionnaires en immobilier et le service de contrôle des coûts afin d'assurer l'exactitude des loyers mensuels
- Conciliation des comptes du grand livre
- Saisie de journal mensuel
- Production de rapports de vente (TPS/TVQ)
- Préparation du budget annuel et des prévisions financières
- Analyse des écarts
- Gestion des conciliations bancaires
- Administration de la trésorerie

Reporting directly to the President and working closely with property managers, you will be responsible for the company's financial statements, variance analysis and sales reports.
Job requirements:
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Accounting title (an asset)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in real estate (an asset)
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and year-end audit files
- Liaise with Property Managers and revenue control to ensure accuracy of monthly rent roll
- Handle account reconciliations
- Take care of journal entries
- Produce monthly sales reports (GST/QST)
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Do the variance analysis
- Manage bank reconciliations
- Manage cash flow
