We work very closely with our Guests, Corporate Accounts & Partners in order to ensure that we maximize their business, leisure, social and cultural experiences.

CorporateStays.com is seeking to expand our team. We are currently looking for Guest Services agent.

We are looking for a highly motivated, person who will assist in the daily operations for our furnished apartments. This is a full-time position. However, the location is downtown and a car and a valid driving licence are necessary to work.

Your mission is to assist clients during their check-in and check-out, satisfying their needs and assist them during their stay.

Objective: To provide Outstanding Service to our guest according to CorporateStays'standards while exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:

• To provide and display excellent guest service skills, to CorporateStays' standards
• To provide superior guest service upon check-in and checkout of each guest
• To respond to guest problems in a timely and professional manner
• To Operate Property Management Software
• To answer by email and or by telephone to guests' requests, inquiries
• To respond to guest concerns and solicit guest feedback
• To provide guest safety/security by ensuring confidentiality of guest information, handling guest apartment keys
• To maintain guest accounts
• To participate in the daily pre-shift meetings
• Other duties, as assigned

PROFILE

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Gmail
• Service-oriented with problem solving and decision making skills
• Professional detail-oriented and works well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be bilingual - Additional language - Spanish is an asset
• High school graduation diploma required
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, days
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
