We are looking for a doer- someone who can deliver large, complex projects on time and achieve exceptional results. You are driven by results and focused on delivering the best possible product. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Hands-on Ruby on Rails web development
• Overseeing technical team members and projects from start-to-finish, in a dynamic agile environment
• Contributing to the development of the overall strategy for the Qwalify platform
• 80% of your time will be devoted to hands-on development, and 20% of your time will be devoted to defining and prioritizing new releases, features, and fixes
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science and minimum of 4 yrs of experience in hands-on web development, or the ability to show us your chops!
• In-depth experience with web-based product development and web service architectures
o Ruby on Rails, Javascript, XML, CSS, and database architecture experience is required
o Web service and API experience is a plus
