Ruby on Rails Web Developer (Waterloo, Ontario OR Montreal, Quebec)

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Hands-on Ruby on Rails web development
• Collaborating with other members of the development team to design, estimate, and build great web software and continually improve and evolve our offering
• 80% of your time will be devoted to hands-on development, and 20% of your time will be devoted to projects, which may include:
o Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
o Integration with partners through API's and web services
o Localization
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science and minimum of 2 yrs of experience in hands-on web development experience, or the ability to show us your chops!
• High level of proficiency with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with dynamic client-side user interfaces using HTML, CSS and AJAX, and Javascript libraries (jQuery or CoffeeScript)
• Proficient in distributed code management tools such as Git and GitHub
