Part-time Customer Service Representative
at Human Resources in St. laurent

The Customer Service Representative plays an integral role in the success of this commitment. Hours of work will be from Monday-Friday from 4pm-7:30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
As a Customer Service Representative at Berlitz, you will be working in an office setting and with clients face to face or over the telephone. You will work well independently and as part of the team. In addition, you are self-motivated and able to trouble shoot issues as they arise. This position reports to the Language Centre Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for: o Handling telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments and updating agendas o Retail sales and payment processing o File management and circulation o Managing learner (client) schedules o Preparing material and welcome packages for new learners o Communicating schedules to the instructors o Inventory Management o Other ad hoc duties as required QUALIFICATIONS/RELATED EXPERIENCE o Well organized and able to multi-task o Excellent communication / interpersonal skills o Superior customer service and telephone etiquette o Must be bilingual in French and English
