Norwegian Customer Support Specialist (Part-Time)

The Norwegian Customer Support Specialist is responsible for the customer service to all Norwegian speaking markets.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide online support and respond in written communication to client¡¦s emails in the Norwegian language
Complete translations for our websites and promotional material to clients on an as-needed basis from English to Norwegian and Norwegian to English
Conduct online research regarding the trends in the Norwegian speaking markets
Monitor language forums in our industry focusing mainly on Norway
Provide necessary feedback/suggestions/improvements to your Manager in areas of customer service and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience:
1-5 years of Customer Service related experience and prior living/work experience in Norway
Verbal and written fluency in English
Verbal and written fluency in Norwegian
Possess a full understanding of Norwegian culture, language, market and trends
Attention to detail
Customer friendly attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to quickly adapt to and work with new software tools
Excellent ability to search for information on the internet
College Diploma
Desired Skills and Experience:
Verbal and written fluency in French is an asset
Bachelor¡¦s Degree in Business, Marketing or Translation (or equivalent) or in the process of receiving a degree is preferred
Capable of working with limited supervision
Ability to understand a third language is desirable
Able to adapt and respond to cultural differences in a respectful and professional manner
