Dutch Customer Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Core Responsibilities:
• Provide online support and respond in written communication to client’s emails in Dutch.
• Complete (English/Dutch or Dutch/English) translations for our websites and promotional material to clients on an as-needed basis.
• Conduct online research regarding the trends in the specific market related to our industry.
• Monitor language forums in our industry focusing mainly on the Netherlands.
Required Skills and Experience:
• One to five years of Customer Service related experience; working/living experience in the Netherlands is ideal
• College Diploma
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• Native verbal and written fluency in Dutch
• Possess a full understanding of Dutch culture, language, market and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Customer friendly attitude
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Translation, Marketing or a related field
• Verbal and written fluency in French
• Fluency in more than three languages is desirable
