What you'll be doing:
Handle incoming calls in a mature and professional manner.
Respond to customer email inquires.
Address opportunities for potential sales.
Liaise with other departments to assist with customer inquiries.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum High School Diploma.
1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Typing speed 45 words per minute.
A flexible schedule to support our call centre operations (7 days a week ¡V 24 hours)
Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
Adept at working effectively in a changing environment.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Team player.
Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
Sports, Casino or Poker knowledge an asset.
