Adjoint(e) juridique – jusqu'à 60 000 $ // Paralegal – up to $60,000

Chef de file dans son domaine, notre client jouit d’une présence internationale depuis près d’un demi-siècle. Il invite un(e) adjoint(e) juridique spécialisé(e) en droit des sociétés à se joindre à l’équipe, en lui offrant un poste permanent et à temps plein.
Dans ce rôle, vous deviendrez l’adjoint(e) « bras droit » du conseiller juridique. Dans le cadre de vos responsabilités, vous devrez notamment :
- L’aider à traiter les formulaires de nature juridique, sur demande
- Préparer les documents de clôture liés aux transactions commerciales
- Planifier toutes les réunions
- Coordonner les déplacements
Nous voulons recruter un(e) adjoint(e) juridique d’allure professionnelle et distinguée, ayant 5 années et plus d’expérience en droit des sociétés. Si vous êtes couramment bilingue et avez fait vos preuves dans les fonctions qui précèdent, vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous cherchons.
L’entreprise vous réserve un salaire annuel initial pouvant s’élever à 60 000 $ (adjugé selon l’expérience) et une généreuse gamme d’avantages. Vous aurez en outre la chance de travailler dans les beaux bureaux du centre-ville.

Our client is an international industry leader with a market presence of nearly half a century. They are now looking to hire a new Corporate Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will be the right hand Assistant to the Legal Counsel. As such, your responsibilities will consist of:
- Assisting him with all legal paperwork as required
- Preparing closing documents in connection with corporate transactions
- Scheduling all meetings
- Booking travel arrangements
We are looking for a professional and polished Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in corporate law. If you are fluently bilingual and have experience in the above tasks, you may be the ideal candidate for the position.
You will be offered a starting salary of up to $60,000 per annum (depending on experience) and a lucrative benefits package. You will be required to work out of the downtown Montreal office.
