Lawyer, young, bright, quick-study (or equiv.) to help experienced legal team -
IMMEDIATELY commence final drafting for leave to APPEAL to SUPREME COURT of Canada..
- Question: "Should perjury by defendant in lower courts, (civil) a) be allowed to prevail
and also b) bring the administration of justice into disrepute?
- Work load: 1 week of full-time dedicated preparation, bar library access
- Compensation: possibly participate in outcome and/or $3000 - $6000
depending on what direction the matter takes
