Live-in or live-out Concierge/Handyman for 46 unit building of 2 ½ room apartments near Jean Talon Metro. This is a quiet and safe location, requiring a multi-skilled,(plumbing, flooring, carpentry, gyproc) mature, reliable person with excellent references.
