Position Overview

To direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human capital investment and retention, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation.

Position Requirements

• Proven ability to recruit, select and develop store management and team
• Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority
• Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within the store
• Proven ability to challenge and motivate the management team and associates in an atmosphere of mutual respect
• Knowledge of visual standards and techniques
• Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to team and management
• Ability to forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense in order to maximize store performance
• To make the store successful and high performing, today and tomorrow, achieving sales growth and good profitability, ensuring customers and coworkers satisfaction as well as excellent operational performance
• To adapt costs and resources to the market conditions and sales trends ongoing, with short as well as long term view
• To prepare and seek approval for necessary long term investments for the store
