Gérant(e) de magasin –LaSalle/Store Manager Associate–LaSalle (LaSalle)

L’un des plus importants détaillants canadiens dans son secteur d’activité, qui compte plus de 150 magasins d’un océan à l’autre, recherche un(e) gérant(e) de magasin chevronné(e) et averti(e).
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la supervision d’une équipe de 20 employés et assumerez notamment les fonctions suivantes :
- Recrutement et sélection des nouveaux employés
- Évaluations régulières
- Accompagnement, motivation et perfectionnement continus de votre personnel
Vous aurez la chance d’établir votre propre horaire, à condition de travailler jusqu’à 18 h et 21 h au moins une fois par semaine, ainsi qu’un week-end sur deux.
Votre expérience pertinente en gestion du détail (idéalement dans le domaine du décor maison) vous vaudra un salaire initial de 1 380 $ à la quinzaine. Avez-vous tous les atouts en main? Store Manager Associate – Ville LaSalle
One of Canada’s largest retailers in its sector with over 150 stores across the country is looking for a professional and experienced Store Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for a large staff of 20 employees and will be taking care of:
- Recruitment and selection of new employees
- Regular evaluations
- Ongoing coaching, motivation and training of your staff
You will have the opportunity of setting your own hours as long as you work until 6 pm & 9 pm once a week and on the week-end every 2 weeks.
