Looking for someone to rent a room in my esthetic salon. I need someone who is ambitious, eager and wants to build a clientel or has one already. The room is the perfect size for a massage therapist, nutritionist, acupuncturist, etc.
The rent will be $375/Month. non-negotiable and that includes access to the kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink). My waiting area, air conditioning, bathroom, back entrance and business taxes.
there are stairs to climb about 20 steps, on second floor (I have older clients, no prob for them)
