Looking for Superintendent couple for a 3-storey building (38 units) in St-Lambert.
Duties:
- maintenance
- rentals
- small repairs (as necessary)
- respond to tenant calls
- monthly rent collection
Must be bilingual, experienced, reliable, courteous and have their own tools. References required.
Compensation: : 4 ½ + salary.
