hi....i'm a 32 yo superintendant who is looking for a non-live in position....i have done this type of work since i was 15...i moved back to montreal 3 years ago and i have maintained 2 of the bigger buildings in the the city.. i have a vast knowledge of all aspects of apartment and building maintenance...from drywall...painting ...plumbing...electrical...ceramic installation...floating wood floors...and full reno's etc...i am also swimming pool certified by the american pool and spa association .....i currently do all plumbing issues for a company with over 200 units....i love what i do but i'm just looking for something where i can work an 8 hour shift and not have to worry about phone calls or tennants knocking on my door...i am always on time and very rarely miss a day...i do not do drugs or drink and have my own tools and car.....please inquire for resume and references ...salary or contract rate is neg.
