Data Mining Engineer (Montreal, Canada)

Responsible for mining large volumes of enterprise data to extract knowledge and information that enhances the business value.
• Build, analyze and review different mining models with the team
• Provide short term and long term predictions for specific business problems based on the mined data
• Demonstrate mining results using the mining tools
• Use Microsoft data mining tools and algorithms for data analysis and mining
• Use Microsoft SSAS for multi-dimensional mining analysis
• Prepare documentation and present work results
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business analysts for understanding business use of the data and enhancing data mining analysis
• The candidate must have 10 years experience doing Data Mining work
• Must have done Data Mining work using MS SQL Server on his/her last job
• Knowledge in the Telecom Field is a big plus.
