Technical Support for .NET Developer (Longueuil)

We are currently seeking a .NET Software Designer – Technical Support to join the technical support team for our software components. Our office is located in Longueuil in a beautiful area between the golf course and the outdoor recreational area. The candidate will perform the following duties:
• Helping our clients to use our software components efficiently so that they can create better applications faster
• Working in a variety of development environments, by e-mail, sometimes by telephone, and through discussion forums
Qualifications
• College degree or higher in Computer Science
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in object-oriented and Windows programming
• Expertise in C/C++/C#, VB.NET, VB, Java, and XML
• Experience with customer service
• Mastery of English, spoken and written
Assets
• Knowledge of the .NET platform
• Knowledge of COM/ActiveX
• Knowledge of Visual Studio
• Experience developing software components
• Knowledge of French, spoken and written
• Knowledge of WPF, Silverlight
