Our client is a world leader in content verification systems. The specialize in the Pharmaceutical, Food and consumer packaged goods industries. They are a dynamic company specialized in translation solutions is looking for motivated individuals to take part in our growth and contribute to our energetic atmosphere.
They are looking for a dynamic individual to represent us as a Customer Support Technician.
Interfacing with their North American user base, the support technician will be responsible for onsite system implementation, training and ongoing support.
They are looking for individuals with excellent presentation and problem solving skills who want to work in a customer focused environment, which excellent communication skills in English, Spanish would be an asset.
**************************Must be available for travel (40%) to the United-States mostly to service customers ****************************
The required hours for this position are 8:30am-5:30pm.
