Customer Support Technician (Ste Genevieve)

Our client is a world leader in content verification systems. They are looking for a dynamic individual to represent us as a Customer Support Technician. Interfacing with our North American user base, the support technician will be responsible for system implementation, training and ongoing support. We are looking for individuals with excellent presentation and problem solving skills who want to work in a customer focused environment.

The Main Challenges
• Assisting the sales department in developing solutions to client challenges.
• Working with clients to ensure they receive the greatest value for their investment.
• Ensuring training is effective and in line with Global Vision’s professional image.
• Resolve customer technical issues within acceptable timelines.
• Responsibility to take ownership over issues and seek out resolutions.
Requirements and Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Mechanical proficiency to service hardware systems.
• Understanding of software design and development.
• Previous experience supporting and training end users.
• Ability to work independently without lacking motivation and self-orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
• Available for travel (40%)
