Chef de projet – jusqu’à 70 000 $ // Project Manager – up to $70,000 (Montréal)

Un distributeur de produits de qualité supérieure recherche un(e) chef de projet ayant une expertise en gestion de projets de construction. Notre client, dont les bureaux sont situés stratégiquement à Montréal et à New York, distribue ses produits à des détaillants haut de gamme d’un bout à l’autre du Canada et des États-Unis.
Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de :
- Rechercher des emplacements éventuels pour un nouveau site de fabrication (au Canada et aux États-Unis)
- Négocier les coûts
- Superviser le projet de construction à toutes les étapes, du début à la fin
- Traiter avec les marchands et les fournisseurs
Les conditions essentielles d’accès au poste sont :
- Certification PMP
- Expérience pertinente de 3 à 15 ans en supervision de projets de construction
- Anglais impeccable (tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral) et français conversationnel
L’entreprise offre un salaire annuel entre 45 000 $ et 70 000 $ (proportionnel à l’expérience) incluant 3 semaines de vacances, des congés personnels et une gamme d’avantages hors du commun.
