Apartment Rental Agent (St. Henri)

Managing residential apartment rentals in several building (located in St-Henri). Job includes marketing and renting vacant premises, rent collection, and oversight of maintenance and tenant needs. Must be fluently bilingual in English and French. Must have ability to solve problems, to multitask, and to handle and challenge difficult tenants and situations. Excel spreadsheet and basic accounting skills are an asset.
