Currently we are recruiting for two (2) Language Centre Managers, St. Laurent & Brossard locations. The successful candidates understand and practice the art of disciplined thought and focus when it comes to exceeding goals. This position is responsible for all matters concerning the language centre: consumer and corporate sales, in addition to personnel, educational, and administrative management.
Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Consumer and B2B sales: 70% of the Manager’s time will be spent directly in the area of sales and building the business; prospecting, conducting sales interviews, closing sales and all required follow up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business relationships.
• Monitoring financial performance of the Language Centre from the stand point of sales, sales related costs, operations and operational costs.
• Surpassing short and long-range sales and profit objectives for the centre; indentify strong/weak areas of the operation and the market and take prompt action to further improve business results.
• Carrying out the requisite administrative management duties necessary to ensure a successful centre ie; personnel planning and performance management.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Experience selling a service is a strong asset
• Minimum 2 years people management
• Bilingual (written and spoken) French and English
• Excellent interpersonal and self management skills
• Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft applications
• Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including day, evening and weekend when required
• Post secondary education in commerce a strong asset
