Aimeriez-vous travailler dans un environnement qui bouge? Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière, est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) à la paie et aux avantages sociaux pour occuper un poste au sein de son service des RH situé dans l’Ouest-de-l’Île. Tout en travaillant dans ce milieu exigeant, vous aurez accès à d’excellents avantages et toucherez un salaire de 45 000 $.
À ce poste, vous devrez :
- Gérer tout ce qui est relié aux prestations d’assurance collective et au régime de participation aux bénéfices
- Préparer des lettres d’offre et des documents promotionnels
- Participer aux projets spéciaux reliés aux HR
- Aider au besoin pour les tâches reliées à la paie
Critères d’embauche :
- Bilingue
- 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Connaissance d’ADP
- Capacité à travailler dans une atmosphère qui bouge à 100 à l’heure
- Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier un atout

- Responsible for managing all group insurance benefits and profit sharing
- Prepare letters of offer and promotional documents
- Participate with special projects related to HR
- Assist with payroll duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
