POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Beginning date: Immediately
Salary (per hour): $11, 25
(1) JOB PURPOSE:
Providing superlative customer service is critical to the success of our business. This position is responsible for all aspects of providing quality customer care to Uniserve’s clients.
(2) POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Help customers activate their service and open an account
• Handle general account services customer inquiries
• Call back clients who ask for assistance.
• Send information as required (fax, email or mail)
• Answer general inquiries about products and services.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager or team.
B) SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• High school or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of internet is required.
• Working knowledge of Internet browsers and email is required.
• Knowledge of Windows environment is a preferred asset
• Knowledge of Macintosh environment is an added bonus
• Ability to express ideas clearly while using a professional language either verbally or written
• Ability to work alone or in a team
C) EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum six months’ demonstrated experience in customer service
• Bilingual – French/English
• Must be empathetic to customers and willing to represent their interests internally when appropriate.
