full time Customer Support Specialist (Help Desk) (Montreal)

Pivotal Payments is currently seeking Customer Support Specialist (Help Desk) whose responsibilities will include:

•Answering inbound customer service related calls
•Providing technical support for POS interac terminals and other Pivotal Payments products
•Ensure timely and effective resolution of any customer request
•Client Loyalty

SKILLS:

•Strong interpersonal skills are key to success
•Ability to be tactful, maintain confidences and foster an ethical working environment
•Proven ability to work with grace under pressure in a dynamic team environment
•Very good knowledge of MS Office
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work in both French and English is essential

WE OFFER:

•Permanent Full Time positions, 37.5hrs/week
•Base salary at $14.00/hour
•Must be available: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm, Weekends: 9:00am to 6:30pm
