What is expected from each customer service specialist:
Taking all inbound calls – No outbound calls!
Helping clients with their needs regarding their accounts
Promotion of products and services of the company

Qualifications:
Bilingual in both French and English
High school diploma completed
Experience in a call center environment
Experience in customer service
Experience in retail is an asset

Location: Dorval – free shuttle service provided!
