Freight Forwarder Manager/ Licenced SIFA or IATA (Old Montreal McGill St.)

We are a freight load brokers looking to expand its services by adding new services such as ocean, air and intermodal.
We are looking for someone autonomous that can develop this department from zero. You will need to be licensed, experienced and have business development skills.
Although we do already have a sales force and multiple accounts that move ocean freight, we look for someone with a sales profile more than just an operational one.
