Dispatcher- Freight Broker (Downtown Montreal)
at Human Resources in Montreal
Minimum 1 year experience as a Dispatcher in the Transport/Freight Brokerage industry is required immediately. Dispatcher has the opportunity to move into Sales based on qualifications. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English, ability to speak French and/or Spanish is an asset.
Responsibilities will include;
1- Assist Sales personnel in conducting market rates
2- Book equipment (reefer, vans, flatbeds, intermodal), TL-LTL, across Canada, USA, Mexico, inter-state or intra-state.
3- Provide tracings and updates to Sales and customers
Our company is located in a newly renovated downtown-Old Port (McGill Avenue) office. We have been established since 1989 and constantly in an expansion mode. We are looking for career oriented, passionate, dedicated, and experienced candidates to fill the positions available.
