We are looking for a fun, highly motivated and energetic individual to be our Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage Concierge services for all staff in building
- Generate and compose correspondence as required, check accuracy of courier invoices
- Co-ordinate and facilitate all local and international couriers
- Order all office supplies
- Responsible for the boardroom and conference room schedules
- Organize travel arrangements for employees
- Answer all incoming phone calls on switchboard and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Facilities department's objectives
- Directly responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by manager
- Manage the game distribution
Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years administrative experience
- Extremely customer service oriented
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interface with all levels of persons inside and outside of the company
