Executive Assistant (Contractual) (T.M.R/Montreal )

A growing Real Estate Developer/Investment company located in T.M.R is looking for an Executive Assistant to start in April 2010 in a temporary/contractual position (16 months - Maternity replacement)
Essential Responsibilities;
The candidate will;
Report directly to the C.E.O and C.F.O and will work with the Sales and the accounting Dept.
Will be responsible for retrieving and assist in distributing the daily mail
Administrative tasks include; organizing travel reservations & accommodations, maintaining of schedules as well as the organization of departmental meetings.
Assisting with HR related tasks
Maintain database, carry out day to day follow-ups, organize and maintain records
Prepare various reports for the company’s C.E.O and C.F.O
Prepare and translate memos and protocols
Organize office events and outings (event planning)
Handle all enquiries and requests in a appropriate and professional manner
Daily tasks also include and are not limited to;
General office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying & reproducing documents, etc;
The candidate must possess the following qualifications;
College Diploma and/or ACS minimum requirement
2 years experience in a similar position would be an asset but not required
Must be bilingual French/English (spoken & written).
Self-motivated, bright, extremely well-organized with a strong sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong ability to identify and prioritize issues
